Two teenage boys have been charged for allegedly helping their 16-year-old friend rape multiple students at their school.

The Gunnison Valley High School, in Utah, has been rocked with multiple rape and sexual assault allegations after Misty Cox claimed her 15-year-old son was held down and sexually assaulted after football practice, according to FOX13.

She said: “Two boys held him down, a third boy pulled his own pants down and rubbed his backside and genitalia all over my son’s face.”

Following this, USA Today reports that five more victims have now come forward since the 16 year old was charged with six counts of object rape and four counts of forcible sex abuse.

During the investigation, at least 13 suspected assaults took place ranging from September 2017 to June 2018.

According to charge documents, four assaults reportedly happened on the same day in September.

Nine of the 13 victims were revealed to be male and currently the school has 349 students meaning at least four per cent of them are alleged victims.

County Attorney Kevin Daniels said: “We’re dealing with a lot of victims and a diverse [set] of victims.”

Gunnison Valley police detective Carl Wimmer added: “I’ve never seen anything like this before.”

The 16 year old both has been suspended indefinitely until the case has been resolved.
