OnlyFans star Drake Von has defended his controversial “1,000 bottoms versus one top” challenge as an attempt to raise awareness about safe sex – despite the challenge sparking debate online.

The adult performer, 22, who went viral earlier this month after revealing plans to have sex with 1,000 men in a single day, insists the extreme record attempt will double as an educational statement.

Drake also confirmed the event will take place in Las Vegas, adding that he’s currently “in the talks with sponsors” to finalise logistics.

“I want to spread the word about safe sex and educate the masses” – Drake Von on his OnlyFans challenge

“Subscribing to my OnlyFans gets you a one-way ticket into being a participant in this challenge. You just must also be an active practicer of safe sex,” he told PRIDE. “This isn’t just a publicity stunt. I want to spread the word about safe sex and educate the masses.

“I will do this challenge in one day! It’s gonna be taxing and stressful, but I’m never one to back down from a challenge. It’s something that needs to be done!”

The performer first teased the idea in a TikTok post captioned: “It’s finally happening! Beating Bonnie Blue, can I take them all?” – referencing Blue’s own “1,000 men in a day” challenge.

He has since shared updates confirming casting is underway but responses have been divided. Some fans praised the focus on safety, while others questioned the practicality and realism of the numbers.

Bonnie Blue says she completed her own 12-hour stunt earlier this year

Medical experts note that there is no verified record for the number of sexual partners or acts by a single person in a day.

Many men experience a “refractory period” after ejaculation, meaning the total number of encounters achievable in a 12-hour period would be far lower than 1,000. Von has not clarified how each encounter would be counted, leaving details about the logistics unverified.

Blue became one of the most discussed figures on OnlyFans earlier this year after claiming to have completed her 12-hour stunt. It attracted widespread attention across social media, with some creators questioning whether the numbers were realistic.

Safe sex matters

Using protection is still the best way to prevent HIV, STIs, and unplanned pregnancies. Condoms remain highly effective when used correctly – don’t skip them, even if you’re on PrEP or another form of HIV prevention.

Regular testing is key. The UK recommends everyone who is sexually active gets tested at least once a year, or more often if you have multiple partners. Testing is quick, confidential, and helps you stay in control of your sexual health.

Communication is crucial. Talk openly with partners about status, boundaries, and protection before things get physical. It’s not awkward – it’s responsible.

Remember, safe sex isn’t just about protection – it’s about respect, consent, and taking care of yourself and others.
