Daley revealed it was the first time he had ever got into drag

Tom Daley looked unrecognisable in new images released by RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Plastique Tiara as he underwent her drag transformation.
Daley was the latest star to undergo a Plastique makeover, following the likes of Katya Zamolodchikova, Bianca Del Rio, Chrishell Stause and more as part of her Beauty Bar series.
The Olympic diver swapped his Speedos for a custom Made With Love mint knitted gown, which he handmade himself, along with a caramel-blonde wig and a full face of makeup.
Tom Daley gets in drag for the first time
Daley revealed it was the first time he had ever got into drag. “I’ve always watched Drag Race and I’ve always wanted to get into drag, and this will genuinely be my first time,” he said.
Whilst undergoing his drag transformation, Daley had already come up with his drag name. “I always thought that my drag name would be Lady Good Diver. Lady Good Diver,” he said.
After undergoing the full Plastique fantasy, Daley got to see himself in full drag for the first time.
Dustin Lance Black reacts to Daley’s drag transformation
“What on earth? That is crazy. I’m like looking in a mirror. That looks nothing like me,” he said, staring at his reflection.
Daley FaceTimed his husband and father of two, Dustin Lance Black, who replied: “Oh my god, I’m straight now… you are beautiful.”
“I always knew you were going to make a beautiful woman, but this is exceptional,” he added.
