With a smile that could melt the stoniest of hearts, AJ Pritchard quickly became one of our favourite Strictly Come Dancing profesionals after joining the show in 2016 as a fresh-faced 21-year-old.
A little over two years later, and the Stoke-on-Trent-born dancer cemented his place at the top of our Strictly totem pole in September as one half of the show’s first ever same-sex professional dance routine.
AJ, who’s been been partnered with Paralympic star Lauren Steadman on the current series of the BBC dance competition, opened up about training for the breakthrough moment with Gorka Marquez as he posed for an exclusive shoot in our October issue.
