François Sagat turns Tom of Finland futuristic in new adult film ‘Future Erotica’

Now this is the future liberals want.

By Will Stroude

Given that this Friday (8 May)0 will mark 100 years since the birth of Tom of Finland, there’s been a lot of looking back at the gay artist’s legacy over the last few days (not least in our Sex & Sexuality issue, which you can download and order in print now).

But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t look forward, too – and that’s exactly what legendary adult star François Sagat has done with his latest instalment in the ongoing Tom of Finland x Men.com adult film series.

After previous instalments in stylised series of skin-flicks paid homage to Tom of Finland’s ’50s and ’60s beginnings, the latest film – directed by Sagat and Alter Sin – moves the action forward in time, with glossy animations and alien-plant hybrids that capture the hyper-homo iconography of Tom of Finland.

Entitled ‘Tom of Finland: Future Erotica’ (in a nod to Dua Lipa’s recently released album ‘Future Nostalgia’ which surely cements her gay pop princess status), the film stars adult performers including Tyler Mitchell, DeAngelo Jackson and Mickey Taylor.

One thing’s for sure, Busted definitely didn’t warn us about this when they visited the Year 3000…
