Madonna drops Danceteria remix with Harry Romero – LISTEN HERE
The remix arrives shortly after the Queen of Pop picked up 11 nominations at the 2026 VMAs

Madonna has released a new remix of ‘Danceteria’, a track from her latest album Confessions II, reworked by acclaimed American DJ and producer Harry Romero.
Announcing the news on social media yesterday (21 August), Madonna shared the seven-minute remix, which is now available across all streaming platforms.
Released via Warner Records, the remix arrives shortly after the Queen of Pop picked up 11 nominations at the 2026 VMAs.

Madonna is up for Video Of The Year for her star-studded Confessions II – The Film music video, which accompanied her acclaimed latest studio album, featuring the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch, Honey Dijon and Richard E. Grant.
She is also nominated for Artist Of The Year, as well as Song Of The Year for ‘Bring Your Love’, her collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter.
Sharing the new remix on YouTube, fans in the comments are adamant that Madonna should take home the Artist Of The Year award.
Confessions II debuts at number one
After Confessions II dropped in early July, it debuted at number one on both the Billboard 200 and the Official UK Albums Chart.
The 16-track album marks Madonna’s 15th studio album and her long-awaited return to music following Madame X in 2019.
Following the album’s release, Madonna performed at several events across the globe, including the first-ever FIFA World Cup Final half-time show and WorldPride Amsterdam 2026.

It was there that she brought out Kylie Minogue, debuting their remix of ‘Love Sensation’, which reached number one on the Official Physical Singles Chart this week.
