Straight Guys

A trailer for Logo TV’s upcoming documentary Gay Lives of Straight Guys has been released. Watch it below.

Gay Lives of Straight Guys aims to explore the changing attitudes of heterosexual men toward their sexuality, by looking at those in careers stereotypically thought of as “gay” – such as hairdressing, fashion design and modelling.

“Straight dudes are finding a new freedom to express their true talents in areas often reserved for gay men, making friends for the first time across the sexual divide and discovering a new emotional freedom,” says production company Rogue Productions.

“[Gay Lives of Straight Guys] explores these changing attitudes and more through the compelling and intriguing stories of men brave enough to break down barriers and become pioneers in the melting pot of cultures.”

One of the straight men featured in the documentary is personal trainer Taylor, who says his wife often questions his sexuality: “My whole life is surrounded by gay men. My wife will be like, Taylor, please tell me you’re not gay, right?”

Gay Lives of Straight Guys premieres in the US on June 10 on Logo TV. A UK air date has yet to be confirmed.
