Singer Sam Tsui comes out – and reveals he’s marrying a fellow YouTube star
Sam Tsui has been uploading music videos and covers since 2008, when he started receiving a large following and views on his string of viral hits.
Now he’s opened up to his fans about developments in his personal life – namely that he’s soon to be married to a fellow singer.
Sam, whose most popular videos has had over 30 million views, said in a video on the weekend: “For those of you who are curious, the answer is yes, I am dating someone.”
He went on to reveal that he is dating musician Casey Breves.
“I am proud of who I am and very proud of my relationship with Casey, because he is amazing,” Sam said. “While it’s been a very important part of my personal life, it never had that much to do with my music.
He went on dropping bombshells as he said: “There’s another bit of crazy big news… not only are we dating, but very very soon we are getting married!”
After uploading the video Sam posted this photo on Instagram of himself and Casey, saying he was “truly moved by the excitement and love I’ve felt from the Samily!”
