Could Lil Nas X and Madonna be teaming up for a new single?
The ‘Old Town Road’ rapper reportedly saw Madonna perform during her ‘Madame X’ gig in Los Angeles where Madonna saw the multi-award winning rapper in the crowd.
Making a beeline for him, Madonna reportedly took a sip of his beer and talked about life on her farm, where she teased a collaboration, Page Six reported.
The publication reports Madonna said: “If I drink this, I’d be getting some of your backwash?
“Kinda sharp, your backwash. Might cut my tongue.”
Nas replied: “I’m in the presence of a legend, I’m just happy to be here.”
The two then reportedly sang some of his American Music Award winning single and spoke about her farm in New York.
“I expect you to show up to my horse farm. I’m going to show you what to do with a horse for real … And then we can make a song about chickens, because I’ve got chickens, too,” she said.
After the ‘Material Girl’ singer questioned Nas – who came out at the end of Pride month this – about his career.
She said: “You in here for the short distance or the long distance?”
“Long, for sure,” he replied.
“Work hard. Earn it, baby.” “I promise you I will,” he said.
