Madonna to perform at ‘Eurovision Song Contest’ in Tel Aviv

This is not a drill

Madonna is set to perform at Eurovision Song Contest this year in Tel Aviv.

After months of speculation, it has been confirmed that the Queen of Pop will be taking to the stage at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

It was reported earlier this year that the singer was in talks to make a guest appearance at the annual singing competition – which will be held in Tel Aviv following Netta’s win last year.

According to YNet, it’s estimated Madonna would be paid around $1million for the guest performance and an agreement was nearly reached.

And now the European Broadcasting Union confirmed to Haaretz that the singer will perform two songs at the event.

It’s claimed that Madonna will perform one well-known single while the other will be a new song.

Eurovision is set to air on May 18 and Attitude are offering tickets to watch the annual competition at a special party.
