Andy Cohen keeps getting kicked off gay dating app Chappy.

The first openly gay host of an American late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live!, recently split from his boyfriend Clifton Dassuncao – who he described as a Brazilian Andy Samberg – back in March but is back on the dating scene.

However, despite using both Tinder and Chappy, the Bravo TV personality hasn’t had the best of luck as he revealed the apps keep thinking he is impersonating himself.

While appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week, he said: “I am on Tinder and there is a gay dating app that I’m on that I keep getting kicked off of because they think I’m impersonating Andy Cohen.

“And they’re like, ‘Your photos don’t meet our guidelines’. I’m like, ‘No, it is me!'”

Although he didn’t mention the name of the app, he later tweeted: “The dating app I was referring to on @TheEllenShow is called Chappy [sic]”

Cohen was recently asked to go on a date by an audience member on his late night TV show, however, due to his age – which was 25 – the 46 year old politely declined the date.
