Things We Love: Sunspel swimshorts
Susnpel have always had an affinity for a chic and simple aesthetic. In their 150 years they’ve mastered the staple, and their swim shorts offering is no different.
They’ve designed a range of swimmers in an array of colours that are inspired by 007. In 2012 Sunspel were asked to recreate the iconic swim shorts worn by Sean Connery in his role as James bond for the exhibition ‘Designing 007- Fifty years of Bond Styles’ at London’s Barbican. Previous to this, Sunspel were appointed to create polo shirts, tees and underwear for Casino Royale.
The swimshorts come in six colourways (navy black, tomato red, cobalt, grey and sky blue) and has been designed to have a tailored chino short appearance. They’re streamlined and smart, and we love them!
