Sang Woo Kim is ready for his close-up in latest instalment of Topman’s ‘Private Views’

Topman has teamed up with supermodel and artist Sang Woo Kim to showcase its Lux Autumn/Winter ’16 collection.

As part of the new campaign’s launch, the high street favourite has unveiled the the second instalment from its ‘Private View’ series, in which Kim guides us through his style and artwork. Having appeared in countless street style articles, the Korea-born, UK-raised fine art student’s personal style is a perfect fit to this seasons Lux offering which takes a more technical approach.

Through the lens of four emerging taste-makers – each dressed in one of the Private Labels – the ‘Private Views’ series explores originality and artistic flare, delving into and navigating through the unique lives of these young creative’s and identifying the original ways in which they approach style.

The short film gives us insight into Sang’s life away from the lens as we’re given access to his home and art studio, allowing us to discover his creative influences. We see Sang Woo wearing key styles including a sports inspired concealed collar bomber and matching pinstriped co-ord jogger.

He also flaunts a zip-through shirt in khaki in addition to a longline crepe duster coat teamed with a crisp white shirt giving a more formal look, showing how transitional and interchangeable the garments for this season are.

LUX, the second instalment in the Private views series will be released on 20th October. The AW16 LUX collection will also be available to buy in selected stores and online at topman.com. Prices range from £30-£130.
