The first single from Michael Jackson’s new posthumous album Xscape has been unveiled.

Love Never Felt So Good, which features Justin Timberlake, received its premiere at at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles last night (May 1).

The song is one of eight previously unreleased tracks to be included on Xscape, which features “contemporised” versions of tracks recorded before Jackson’s tragic death in 2009.

Rodney Jerkins, Timbaland and Stargate have all been involved in the project, which will be released worldwide on May 13.

Three different versions of Love Never Felt So Good will reportedly feature on the deluxe version of Xscape, including the original demo and a solo version.

Jackson wrote it in 1983 during a session with Paul Anka and Kathy Wakefield, before Johnny Mathis released a version of the song a year later.
