Listen: Alesha Dixon unveils new summer anthem

Alesha Dixon has unveiled a preview of her comeback single The Way We Are.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge will release the track on June 21 as the first single to be taken from her forthcoming fourth solo album.

“I’m so excited to announce my new single! I’m bringing it back to my first love, the music,” said Dixon, who is releasing the single on her own label.
“Doing it independently this time feels great, I love being the boss and taking the reigns creatively. The message in this track is special to me because it’s about being comfortable in your own skin, having confidence in yourself, ‘The Way We Are’, which at the end of the day is what matters.”
The album will serve as the follow-up to Dixon’s 2010 album The Entertainer.
