Faithless announce comeback gig at iconic London landmark

By Will Stroude

Faithless have announced that they’ll be making a comeback this summer with a headline performance at iconic London landmark Clapham Common, where they’ll play as part of South West Four Weekender Festival.

The British electronica group – who scored a string of hits between 1995 and 2011, including Insomnia, God Is a DJ and Dido-featuring One Step Too Far – said they would reunite after four years apart to mark their 20th anniversary.

The group – consisting of Maxi Jazz, Sister Bliss and Rollo – split in 2011 after playing their final gigs at Brixton Academy, less than a year after their sixth studio album The Dance reached Number 2 on the Official UK Albums Chart.

South West Four takes place at Clapham Common on August 29 and 30, with DJs and acts including Eric Prydz, Luciano and Secondcity joining Faithless for the festival.
