Watch: A day in the life of two gay dads

A new video showing a day in the life of one adorable modern family is making us feel all kinds of broody today.
‘A Day in the Life…’ shows a typical Sunday for gay couple Corey and Rocco and their young son Forge, including meal times, play time and visits to grandma, and was made by support group Gays with Kids to help raise awareness about same-sex parenting.
The group’s founders say videos like this not only encourage gay men to pursue their dream of starting a family, but help ‘normalise’ the idea LGBT families for all people, both gay and straight people. They say they’ve already received hundreds of messages of support in the days since the video was published.
“Lovely to see this – and simply unimaginable in my youth as a gay man,” one viewer commented.
“What a lovely family you’ve got guys”, said another.
“So happy for you”.
