Prince rushed to hospital after private jet made emergency landing
Hours after Prince performed a headlining set at Atlanta’s Fox Theatre, Prince’s private jet made an emergency landing at Quad City International Airport.
A rep for Prince spoke to TMZ and explains how Prince had been battling the flu for several weeks and canceled 2 shows this month but wanted to perform on Thursday (April 14) in Atlanta.
After the show, and during the flight, Prince felt worse and and the plan made an emergency landing before taking him to Moline, Illinois medical facility for treatment.
Prince was released from hospital 3 hours later and is now recovering back home.
