More than half of British people think schoolbooks for primary school children should show same-sex relationships.
According to a Sky Data survey, around 53 per cent of Britons think schoolbooks for children as young as four should feature same-sex relationships.
Only 31 per cent were against the inclusion of same-sex relationships in schoolbooks were just 16 per cent were unsure.
This survey comes after multiple parents withdrew their children from schools across Birmingham after learning the schools hold LGBTQ-inclusive lessons.
When asked whether these books should be compulsory just 25 per cent said yes whereas 29 per cent said no.
Around 46 per cent were unsure whether these books should be compulsory reading for primary school children.
