Man stabbed outside gay bar in New York City

NYPD has said they cannot see any motive behind the attack

A man was stabbed outside a gay bar in New York City.

The man – who hasn’t been named – was standing outside of the gay bar Suite at around 2.15am on Tuesday (10.04.18) when three men approached him, USA Patch reported.

One of the men then stabbed him before they ran away, according to the NYPD.

He was taken to hospital and it has been said he is likely to survive his injuries.

Police are currently investigating the stabbing but are yet to have caught any of the suspects.

A spokesperson said they could not confirm any motive behind the stabbing.
