Homophobic boxer Tyson Fury responds to critics: ‘Suck my b***s”

Tyson Fury, the heavyweight boxing champion who’s courted controversy lately with a bizarre interview in which he blamed the legalisation of homosexuality for what he says is the imminent apocalypse, has a message for those who don’t like what he says: “Suck my balls.”
The ever-charming Fury made the comments in an interview with iFL TV, when the interviewer asked how he felt about those criticising his homophobic attitudes: “They can suck my balls. How about that for a bit of heavyweight-champion talking?”
Tyson courted further controversy last week when, in the wake of his homophobic comments, the BBC announced he’d been shortlisted for their Sports Personality of the Year award. In a statement to Attitude, the BBC defended their decision, saying that “the nominees for BBC Sports Personality of the Year are decided on their sporting achievements. As Fury became heavyweight champion of the world over the weekend, the panel feel that he should be a contender for this year’s award.”
Asked about the tens of thousands who have already signed a Change.org petition calling for his removal from the shortlist, Fury called them “50,000 wankers. That’s what I say about them. If anybody else wants to add to them they can add to their numbers can’t they.”
“People should look up to me, young kids. I am a good role model. I show how men should really be. Real men.”
In his original Mail On Sunday interview, Fury had this to say about gay people:
“There are only three things that need to be accomplished before the devil comes home. One of them is homosexuality being legal in countries, one of them is abortion and the other is paedophilia. Who would have thought in the 50s and 60s that those first two would be legalised?” he said.
And Fury’s not only speaking out against LGBT people – he had this to say about his own wife:
“Her job’s cooking and cleaning and looking after these kids, that’s it. She does get to make some decisions, what she’s gonna cook me for tea when I get home.”
What a charmer. And we hate to point out the obvious, but with surely a large number of gay men signing that petition, ordering us to ‘suck your balls’ is a little bit… well, gay, Tyson. Especially when your name already makes you sound like a gay porn star. Anyways, check out the video below:
