Children watch as ISIS throws man to his death ‘for being gay’

By Rhys Matthews

Pictures have been released by ISIS which show crowds of families watching a man being thrown to his death in Syria after being convicted of ‘sodomy’.

The young Syrian man, who has not been identified, was thrown from a five-story building in Manbij, Aleppo, according to ARANews.net.

ARA News said that local residents had been ordered to attend the execution.

“The man was thrown brutally by ISIS masked members from the top of the building in the city. The barbaric execution took place in front of hundreds of people” activist Nasser Taljbini told ARA News.

The images show members of ISIS standing on the roof with the young man blindfolded and barefoot in front of them. After falling to the ground, members of the watching crowd run forward to throw stones at his corpse.

Last week, reports emerged that the extremist group was planning a ‘major attack’ at this weekend’s Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm.
