A Chicago police officer has been stripped of his badge after allegedly forcing a transgender woman to perform oral sex on him.

The unidentified transwoman was walking with her boyfriend when the officer approached and threatened to arrest her for prostitution unless she performed oral sex on him and allegedly shouted, ‘That’s what you do’.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the officer forced her to get into the front passenger seat of the police car and he drove off as her boyfriend watched.

They drove to an alley and at some point, the officer closed the cover on a computer between the driver and the passenger seats, the victim told detectives.

The officer then exposed himself and told her to perform oral sex and she said she complied out of fear.

After the assault, she told detectives she had given staff members at Rush Hospital four numbers that had been written on the computer with what appeared to be a magic marker.

The transwoman also managed to preserve some DNA evidence which she gave to the hospital staff, according to police reports, following the attack in March.

In April, the department stripped him of his rank and power, and he opted to retire at that time. No criminal charges have yet been filed in the case, pending additional DNA test results.
