Porn star Ty Roderick says he’s been discharged from hospital after alleged knife attack

Bisexual porn star Ty Roderick has left hospital after documenting his trauma on X following an alleged knife attack.
The American adult actor was discharged in the early hours of this morning (20 April) after revealing he had been in hospital four days prior.
Posting to his 141,400 followers, his usual weekday porn scheduling was interrupted by a gory picture reel showing where he had been stabbed.

“You all know me for being strong… but right now I’m scared,” said Roderick. “I was stabbed multiple times and I’m currently in the hospital, possibly needing surgery,” he claimed.
Attached to the original announcement was a link to a GoFundMe page, signed by his mother.
The fundraiser claimed “My son was the victim of a sudden, violent attack. He was stabbed from behind multiple times and suffered a collapsed lung.”

“We are asking for support to help cover emergency medical care and hospital bills, ongoing treatment, follow-up care and recovery expenses, and daily living costs during this difficult recovery period,” the statement continued.
Responding to claims he was lying, Roderick posted: “Each of those patches are where I was stabbed. Twice in the face and I have a tube in my lung keeping it inflated. If you don’t have anything nice or supportive to say then please kindly don’t say anything,” he wrote.
Following the images, fans sent a wave of support to the porn star, questioning what really happened and how the situation escalated.
Did Roderick have surgery?
He later thanked those who reached out in a separate X post, though did not explain how he sustained his injuries.
On Friday (17 April), Roderick revealed he was due to undergo surgery. “I humbly ask for your prayers,” he told his social media followers. “I’m choosing to stay strong and trust the process of healing.”
However, he later confirmed that after doctors X-rayed him, they found he was nearly fully healed and chose not to proceed with surgery.
Roderick returns home and is reunited with his dog
In an update, he said: “Still healing, still breathing… and more grateful than ever. Life gave me another chance, and I’m not taking a single moment for granted. Every breath feels like a gift, every heartbeat a reminder that I’m still here for a reason.”
Roderick returned home today, greeted by his dog, Rebel. “I picked her up from her sitter, and you can tell how much she missed me. My heart is full,” he wrote.
