‘Vampire Diaries’ studs close-up: Ian Somerhalder

Here at attitude.co.uk we’ve been taking a good look at MTV’s Teen Wolf recently – and now we’re turning our attention to The CW’s The Vampire Diaries. As is the case with most shows on this youth-skewing US network, everyone’s shirtless for approximately 87% of the time, so we thought it was high time we checked it out.

The show, now onto its fifth season, is about a group of high-school students, some of whom are vampires, living in the fictional town Mystic Falls. Sex, violence and a lot of homoerotic neck-biting ensues.

Star Ian Somerhalder has been in the show since the beginning, and has also starred in the likes of cult film The Rules of Attraction and popular TV series Lost. Check him out below:
