The Attitude Pride Awards 2018, supported by United Airlines and Sky, took place on Friday afternoon ahead of Pride in London (July 6), acknowledging the LGBT+ people and allies who have overcome life-changing events or are working selflessly to improve the lives of others.

Hosted by Judge Robert Rinder, the event at The Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge shone a spotlight on ten remarkable people with real stories crying out to be told.

LGBT+ stars and allies turned out in force to help honour the community’s everyday heroes, including Will Young, George Shelley, Courtney Act, and BBC Breakfast presenters Naha Munchetty and Ben Thompson.

Check out our Attitude Pride Awards gallery below, and find out more about the incredible, inspiring and sometimes tragic tales of this year’s group of winners here.
