Nightlife phenomenon Glitterbox has teamed up with Brighton Pride to host the infamous Pride Dance Big Top this year.

On Saturday August 1, Glitterbox will be uplifting the party atmosphere at the FABULOSO Pride in the Park event with the likes on Joey Negro, Artwork, Simon Dunmore, Melvo Baptiste, Fat Tony, Hifi Sean and Seamus Haji all set to perform.

Some of the world’s most respected DJs appear alongside emerging house and disco talents for a soundtrack that showcases dance music in its purest forms.

Moving mind, body and soul, Glitterbox events are about unforgettable moments, where the crowd, dancers and music unite for a night like no other.

Brighton’s annual celebration of LGBTQ love and equality – for which Attitude is an official media partner – will this year follow the theme of ‘Fabuloso’, as Pride-goers are encouraged to celebrate who they are over the weekend of Friday 31 July to Sunday 2 August.

Global superstar Mariah Carey is set to headline the Saturday Pride festival in Preston Park, while the newly-reformed Pussycat Dolls will close the weekend on Sunday 2 August.

They’ll be joined on the bill by Todrick Hall and Banarama, whose performances were announced on Thursday (27 February).

Building on the success of last year’s Queer Town and BAME stages, for 2020 Brighton & Hove Pride are programming even more new and exciting areas for this year’s Pride Fabuloso two-day festival.

As well as the ever-popular Cabaret Stage, additional performance zones this year will include a Queer Theatre space, Spoken Word, The Catwalk stage featuring LGBTQ artists, and the opportunity for LBGTQ and QTIPOC performers to be an integral part of the UK’s biggest Pride festival.
