Jodie Harsh releases new track ‘I Feel It’ ahead of The Dance Floor EP

Jodie Harsh has unveiled her new dancefloor track ‘I Feel It’ as part of her upcoming EP titled The Dance Floor, due for release on 18 September 2026.
Paying homage to London’s queer club night Feel It, which Harsh founded in July 2021, the new song is described as a “disco-house” anthem.
It follows earlier 2025 releases ‘The Night Is Yours’ and ‘Touch,’ which also feature on the forthcoming EP.

Jodie explained the creative intent behind the single in a news release: “I want this tune to evoke pure dance floor euphoria.”
“It’s disco-house with a slamming bassline and what I hope will be a real earworm of a hook! As the outside world continues to get darker, I want to bring a little bit of lightness to the dance floor with my new music.”
“The club is a space to unite, move, escape real life for just a moment, and it’s my job to leave you feeling good. I hope these new tunes provide a little flare of joy, whether that’s at a festival, in a sweaty space, in the gym or on the train.”

Harsh’s latest single comes shortly after the release of her debut memoir You Had To Be There, published in September 2025, which spans London club culture from the early 2000s to 2011.
Speaking to Attitude following the book’s release, she said it is her most vulnerable work to date.
“Writing this book is different because it’s so personal, the vulnerability dial is turned way up. When I’m performing in drag, it’s a performance, but this book is more metaphorically taking off the wig and saying, ‘Here’s the real truth,’” she said.

The queer icon is no stranger to the nightlife scene, having snuck out of the house at a young age to experience the euphoric beats of queer house, before becoming one of London’s most renowned drag DJs.
Following the release of her EP, Harsh will undertake a series of tour dates across the globe, bringing ‘I Feel It’, ‘The Night Is Yours,’ ‘Touch,’ and more to international stages.
