Ever since Thanos snapped his fingers at the end of Avengers: Infinity War fans have eagerly been waiting for the next trailer to be released.

Now we don’t need to wait any longer.

After the end of Infinity War, half of the population – including some of our favourite heroes such as Spider-Man (Tom Holland), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and the majority of the Guardians of Galaxy – were turned into dust.

Now, Disney have dropped the new trailer for the upcoming fourth film in the franchise – now known as Avengers: Endgame.

Although the trailer doesn’t give away too much of the plot – thank God – we see Tony Stark aka Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) flying through space recording a message to Pepper Pots (Gwyneth Paltrow) and looks to be on his way to his death.

Back on Earth, we see Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) all dealing with the consequences following the dreaded snap which took away many of their friends.

Not much else is hinted at what could possibly happen in the film – although many fans speculate time travel may be involved – the end sees Scott Lang aka Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) return from the Quantum Realm where he was trapped at the end of Ant-Man and the Wasp.

The film is slated for release on April 26 next year following the standalone Captain Marvel movie.
