Watch: Ian Somerholder & Chris Wood recreate iconic ‘Vampire Diaries’ kiss

The cast of Vampire Diaries decided to make our dreams come true in a new video unveiled at the show’s panel in San Diego on Sunday (July 12), which sees stars Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore) and Chris Wood (Kai Parker) recreate one of the show’s most iconic kisses.
Buzzfeed debuted the clip, which sees the pair make-out in an incredibly gratifying parody of Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon’s infamous rain kiss from season six. Starting with the original footage, Elena then pulls away to reveal Chris Wood, who re-enacts the rest of the scene before locking lips with Somerhalder once more.
