Watch: Ellen DeGeneres might have the best Adele parody so far

Various parodies of Adele’s Hello have been popping up left, right and centre since the song debuted last week, but if you ask us it may well be Ellen DeGeneres who’s created the best one.

The US chatshow host told her audience this week that she and the London-born singer are good friends; claiming the new single was actually based on a conversation they had.

The skit shows Ellen struggling to make out what Adele is saying over the phone, before a couple of other callers come in too…

Adele is currently No1 in the UK, scoring the biggest No1 in three years, and the biggest non-talent show, non-charity No1 since Shaggy’s It Wasn’t Me in 2001.
