The Vivienne is ‘Rose from Titanic’ as she sits for portrait and flirts with artist – WATCH

Exclusive clip: The RPDR UK champ steals the show on tonight's Portrait Artist of the Year

By Jamie Tabberer

The Vivienne appears on Sky Arts’ Portrait Artist of the Year tonight – and, as you can imagine, she has the artists in hysterics.

Well, she was never going to just sit there in silence, was she?

The star – who has just dropped a version of Dead or Alive’s You Spin Me Round – donned a fierce black and white number for the sitting.

She joins iconic newsreader Sir Trevor McDonald in being painted on tonight’s show.

“I’ve got a corset on, hips, heels, nail everything…”

Presenter Stephen Mangan told the artists Viv had spent “four hours turning herself into a walking work of art.”

Asked if she was going to be comfortable during the sitting, the RuPaul’s Drag Race champ said: “I’ve got a corset on, hips, heels, nail everything… We’re gonna find out.”

We’re guessing…no.

Saying she feels lke “Rose on the Titanic,” The Vivienne is then asked by an artist how she’d “like to sit”…

This naturally prompted just about the filthiest Liverpudlian laugh we’ve ever heard.

“Well…” she teases in response.

Viv won last year’s RPDR UK, beating out competition from Divina de Campo and Baga Chipz.
