O’Donnell on Lohan’s reality show: ‘A tragedy on every level’

By Josh Haggis

Rosie O’Donnell has criticised Lindsay Lohan’s reality series, describing it as “a tragedy on every level”.

Titled Lindsay, the series airs on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network, and follows the actress as she attempts to rebuild her career and stay sober following a stint in rehab.

O’Donnell, former host of US talk show The View, took to Twitter to share her concerns, posting:

In a recent interview with David Letterman, Oprah Winfrey discussed Lohan’s reality series, saying: “To have cameras following you around for every phase of your life, and you are trying to pull your life together, I think that’s a really difficult thing. We’re really pleased [Lindsay] is making some progress.”

Lindsay is currently midway through its run on OWN in the US.
