Nick Jonas has revealed that his new US drama series will feature a storyline revolving around his character’s sexuality – plus plenty of nudity.

The singer/actor will play a rookie fighter who has dreams of becoming the world’s Ultimate Fighting Champion in Kingdom, which begins next month (October) on US satellite network DirecTV.

During his appearance on Andy Cohen’s US chatshow Watch What Happens Live yesterday (September 11), Jonas was asked about his character, Nate Henderson, and gave away a few teasers.

“My character has a big, um… storyline revolving around his sexuality,” said Jonas, before declining to deny or confirm whether his character is “bi-curious”.

When asked if he would be willing to strip down for future roles, Jonas replied: “Oh, I just did a lot of nudity [for Kingdom]”. He also revealed that he has filmed several sex scenes for the forthcoming drama series,.

Kingdom doesn’t premiere until October 8 on US satellite network DirecTV, and there’s no word yet on the show being picked up by a UK broadcaster, so in the meantime you can take a look at Jonas showing off his six-pack during an appearance at a New York gay club, or see him stripping for Ryan Seacrest during a recent promo appearance.
