Madonna and Missy Elliott to feature on Dua Lipa’s new single ‘Levitating’

Dua is set to leave us gagged with a 'dream' all-star remix of the 'Future/Nostalgia' track.

Dua Lipa knows she is doing something right after receiving the stamp of approval from the queen of pop herself.

The ‘Physical’ singer hits new heights after teeing up a collaboration with her idol, Madonna, and rap legend, Missy Elliott.

This week, Dua announced that the trio have put their spin on her song ‘Levitating’ in a remix by DJ, The Blessed Madonna (formerly The Black Madonna).

“DREAM COME TRUE LETS GO,” she wrote.

The special edition of the track – which appeared on Dua’s chart-topping sophomore album ‘Future Nostalgia’ – will drop on 14 August.

We’re fairly certain it’s going to, ahem, float our boat.

LEVITATING REMIXED BY THE BLESSED MADONNA FEATURING MY IDOLS MADONNA & MISSY ELLIOTT – 14TH OF AUGUST – DREAM COME TRUE LETS GO!!!!!!

Last month, Dua’s manager Ben Lawson confirmed that he was trying to line up a project with Madge.

“Dua told me she aspired to be Madonna when I met her, when she was 17, and there was something about the way she said it that made me believe her.

“In fact, we’re about to try and get Madonna on a record. I’m going to write the email and see if she’s up for a track,” he told Music Week.

On a roll, Dua, 24, just appeared on spicy single ‘Un Dia (One Day),’ a collab with J Balvin, Bad Bunny and Tainy.

She has also been short-listed for 2020’s Mercury Prize – arguably music’s most prestigious award – alongside Charli XCX, Stormzy and Michael Kiwanuka.
