Luke Evans confirms split from boyfriend Rafael Olarra: ‘It is what it is’
The star also opens up about fatherhood in his latest interview, saying: "as I get older I’m thinking maybe I should get on and do it."

Luke Evans has split from boyfriend Rafael Olarra after 18 months together.
The Dracula, Untold star confirmed the news while speaking to The Times.
The actor – who recently appeared on the cover of Attitude, and will this year be seen in the TV show Nine Perfect Strangers with Nicole Kidman – also discussed fatherhood in his latest interview.

“It is what it is,” the Beauty and the Beast star said of the separation from hotel chain director Olarra, with whom he went Instagram official in February 2020.
On his desire to have kids, Welshman Luke – who is gay – said: “I would, yes, I would.
“I thought about it many times and as I get older I’m thinking maybe I should get on and do it. I don’t want to be an old dad… but I would like to be a dad.
“There’s a lot of satisfaction to passing on your experiences and rearing a strong, open-minded, kind, respectful human being who can go out in the world and do something good.”
Luke’s new ITV drama The Pembrokeshire Murders starts tonight at 9pm on ITV1.
