Lady Gaga’s dad Joe Germanotta voices Trump support despite remarks about her, say reports

After Gaga slammed Trump's "p***y-grabbing" comments and he responded saying he "knows stories" about her

Lady Gaga‘s father Joe Germanotta has reportedly voiced his support for Trump, as the Republican leader goes to head-to-head against Democrat Joe Biden in this week’s US election.

Yesterday, in since-deleted Tweets, Germanotta reportedly said “@realDonaldTrump 2020” and “You may have noticed my political and spiritual beliefs are different. liberty and freedom of choice would not be political” according to People.

His comments come despite his ‘Rain On Me’ singer daughter campaigning for Biden of late – and engaging in a war of words with incumbent President Trump.

“Trump, a man who believes his fame gives him the right to grab one of your daughters, or sisters, or mothers”

The star said at a rally in Pennsylvania on Monday: “Everybody, no matter how you identify, now is your chance to vote against Donald Trump, a man who believes his fame gives him the right to grab one of your daughters, or sisters, or mothers or wives by any part of their bodies…”

Her speech was in reference to Trump’s infamous 2005 comments that “when you’re a star, they [women] let you do it … Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything.”

Trump, responding to Gaga’s speech at his own rally in the same state, said the pop icon “is not too good … I could tell you stories about Lady Gaga. I know a lot of stories.” (As per The Guardian).

The result of the US election, which took place yesterday, was yet to be announced at the time of writing.
