In pics: One Direction tease video for new single ‘Perfect’

One Direction are topping download charts around the globe after releasing their brand new single Perfect today (October 16), and the boys have already given us a sneak peek of what to expect from the accompanying video, out next week.
Directed by British filmmaker Sophie Muller, the video sees Niall, Harry, Louis and Attitude’s newly-crowned Sexiest Man of the Year, Liam, enjoying the high life in a towering new York apartment block.
Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson co-wrote the track, which includes the lyrics: “If you like cameras flashing every time we go out/If you’re looking for someone to write your break-up songs about baby I’m perfect” – prompting speculation that it was inspired by Harry’s ex Taylor Swift.
Perfect is the second single to be released from 1D’s fifth studio album Made In The AM. The LP is for worldwide release on November 13, when it will go head to head with Justin Bieber’s eagerly-anticipated comeback LP Purpose.
