Hollyoaks Kieron Richardson marries long-term boyfriend Carl Hyland

star Kieron Richardson has married his long-term boyfriend Carl Hyland.
The pair tied the knot yesterday (April 26) in a ceremony at Buxton Dome in the Peak District.
Richardson’s fellow castmembers Stephanie Davis, Jennifer Metcalfe, Jorgie Porter, Jazmine Franks, Gemma Merna and Bronagh Waugh all served as honorary bridesmaids, alongside his former Dancing on Ice co-star, Emily Atack.
Other Hollyoaks stars in attendance included Stephanie Waring, Fabrizio Santino, Anna Passey and Kirsty-Leigh Porter.
Emmett Scanlan, who previously starred as Richardson’s on-screen boyfriend, took the opportunity to call on Ireland to vote ‘Yes’ in the upcoming marriage equality referendum.

“My brother @MrkieronR is marrying his best mate Carl this week. It takes balls to marry, 4 in their case. Vote “yes” IRELAND #Love #Equality” he wrote on Twitter.
The couple first confirmed plans to marry last year, with the actor later promising a lavish affair including their dozen bridesmaids wearing bridal gowns and a performance from The Drifters.
Actress Jessica Ellis wrote on social media: “Just so happy that I live in a place that let’s two PEOPLE who love each other marry! Congratulation @MrkieronR and @carl_hyland”
