Hollyoaks’ James Sutton teases ‘hot’ man-on-man scenes for John Paul

bosses have already confirmed that the future’s not bright for village couple John Paul McQueen (James Sutton) and Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson), but now James has revealed that his character will be bouncing back quickly with some “sexy” new man-on-man scenes.
When asked whether John Paul will find a new love interest following his breakup with his onscreen husband, Sutton told he told Digital Spy: “Yeah, yeah. S**t is about to get sexy.
“I’ve been filming some stuff with somebody else recently and that’ll be on screen in about a month’s time. It’s a bit hot. If you like that sort of thing.”
It’s already been confirmed that Ste will embark on a new romance with show newcomer and sixth form student Harry Thompson, played by Parry Glasspool, marking the end of his marriage to John Paul.
“One of the reasons they’ve split up is because Ste isn’t ready … he’s frightened. John Paul’s pushing him too much”, Richardson told DigitalSpy.
“It leads on to Ste sleeping with someone else who is male.”
Sutton added that he wouldn’t be surprised if ‘McHay’ rekindled their romance in the future, saying of newly-married Richardson: “We work very well together, some of the stuff we’ve dome I’m incredibly proud of.
“It’s some of the best stuff I’ve done and a lot of that is down to Kieron.
“I think they recognise that and I’ll be very surprised if we don’t work together again in the near future.”
