Danny Mac wins ‘Sexiest Male’ at 2014 Inside Soap Awards

Danny Mac was named Sexiest Male at the Inside Soap Awards last night (October 1).
Mac, who plays cocky Mark Dodger on Hollyoaks, beat 14 other actors to the prize including his co-stars Ayden Callaghan and Ashley Taylor Dawson.
Danny Dyer won Best Actor for his role as Mick Carter, the father of gay character Johnny, in EastEnders. The Carter family were also named Best Family, beating off Emmerdale‘s ever-popular Dingles clan.
Meanwhile, Coronation Street’s Kate Ford was awarded the Best Bitch trophy for her fierce portrayal of Tracy Barlow on the ITV soap this year.
The BBC took home the biggest prizes of the night thanks to EastEnders winning Best Soap and Waterloo Road being named Best Drama.
