Cynthia Nixon reunites with Sarah Jessica Parker during her public feud with Kim Cattrall

Did the former 'Sex and the City' actress just pick a side in the Parker and Cattrall feud?

Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon may have just sided with Sarah Jessica Parker in her ongoing feud with Kim Cattrall.

Nixon starred in the hit US show alongside Parker, Cattrall and Kristin Davis. While the four women portrayed a strong friendship on-screen, it seems their relationship didn’t translate well in real life as Kim Cattrall described it as “toxic”.

Cattrall then blasted Parker on Instagram last month after the actress reached out to send her condolences following the death of Kim’s brother Chris. In a scathing post, Cattrall accused Parker of “exploiting” the tragedy in order to restore her “‘nice girl’ persona.”

While Parker’s relationship with Cattrall has deteriorated, it seems that she and Cynthia Nixon are still close friends.

The pair reunited at the La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club in New York on Monday (February 26) and Nixon shared a post of the two of them on Instagram alongside the caption: “Old friends ran into each other at a @tmagazine shoot today… miss you @sarahjessicaparker”.

Nixon also sent her condolences to Cattrall following the death of her brother, to which the actress responded with: “Cynthia, hearing your voice meant so much to me. Thank you for reaching out. Love Kim #SexandtheCity”.

Meanwhile, Parker’s close friend and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen jumped to her defence and claimed there was “only one person fighting”

Former Sex and the City actor Jason Lewis, who played Kim Cattrall’s love interest, also  came to Parker’s defence despite filming most of his scenes with Cattrall.
