Boy George says Madonna still ‘hates’ him but he doesn’t know exactly why
The two were reportedly started a feud during the 1980s

Boy George believes Madonna still “hates” him.
The 57-year-old Culture Club singer had a feud with the ‘Papa Don’t Preach’ singer which reportedly started back in the 1980s when George criticised Madonna in the press.
But, it appears the feud is still ongoing and during an interview on Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa radio show on Wednesday (August 29), George revealed, despite the ongoing fight, he is a secret Madonna fan.
He said: “She hates me! I don’t know [why], there’s so many reasons. I don’t know if she hates me anymore.
“I’ve always been a secret Madonna fan, really. I’ve got quite a few of her records. We just never ever kind of managed to meet, it’s the weirdest thing.”
Back in 2006, George said in a British documentary that he thinks Madonna is a “vile, hideous, horrible human being”.
He said: “I just think she’s a vile, hideous, horrible human being with no redeeming qualities.
“There’s nothing nice about her. I’ve never heard anyone say anything nice about her at all.
“And anyone that’s ever met her she’s been vile to. Vile, full of herself – so unspiritual. How has this woman got away with it for so long?”
However, he has recently extended an olive branch to the Queen of Pop and told Attitude in 2014 that he has “apologised a lot for the mean things [he has] said about her”.
