Belgrave is back with new music after three years

The openly gay British singer will drop new album next month

By Steve Brown

London-based singer/songwriter Belgrave is back with a new, darker tone and we love it!

The openly gay performer dropped the visuals for his new EP Riviera last week and, three years after the release of his Echoes EP, Belgrave is back with brand new music and seductive, smouldering looks.

While recording the new title track, he admitted he was “entranced” when he heard the vocal sample of the title track.

He said: “I have always been fascinated by music that I cannot comprehend or understand.

“Once I heard the vocal sample while writing Riviera, I was entranced by it and the rest of the song fell into place around it quite naturally.”

Belgrave has a background in tailoring in the capital’s Savile Row and said he is inspired by his childhood heroes Freddie Mercury, George Michael and Sir Elton John.

The new album is set to be released via The Shooting Gallery Recordings on May 25 but the song is already available on iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music.
