Sophie Ellis-Bextor has unveiled the music video for her latest single.

Love Is A Camera will serve as the third single from her recent album Wanderlust, following Young Blood and Runaway Daydreamer.

The visual for the song was filmed in Florence with the singer’s longtime collaborator Sophie Muller.

Speaking to Attitude about the inspirations behind the song, Sophie said: “It’s about a spooky old woman who lives in a house on the hill and if she takes your photograph it traps your soul behind glass.

“It was inspired by Emily Dickinson’s poems and other folk stories and Russian fairytales. I always picture Emily Dickinson with that song.”

Meanwhile, she will also embark on a new six-date UK tour in September, with a show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on October 1.
