Following his recent arrest, Justin Bieber has had his trial date set for March 3.

The 19-year-old has already entered a plea of not guilty on all counts against charges of driving under the influence of drugs, driving without a valid licence and resisting arrest.

Bieber was initially arrested on January 23 in Miami Beach, after allegedly taking part in an illegal drag race between two sports cars after leaving a nightclub.

Breath tests showed the Baby singer’s blood alcohol content below the .02 threshold for a driver of his age, but Miami Police reported that their  toxicology test showed the presence of marijuana and prescription drugs in his system.

The star’s latest album Journals failed to reach the Top 40 of the UK’s Official Singles Chart in December, and was made ineligible to chart in the US by his record company,  reportedly to avoid a disappointing chart position.
