Watch son tell mum he’s gay in Italy’s first coming out advert

A son tells his mum he is gay in what is believed to be Italy’s first TV advert featuring a coming out storyline.
“Gianni is not just my roommate, he’s my boyfriend,” the son reveals at the end of the advert for Findus microwave pasta, which prompts a touching response from his mother.
