Panti Bliss has announced UK dates for her smash-hit comedy show.

Panti Bliss: High Heels in Low Places will play for five night’s at London’s Soho Theatre in April, after receiving rave reviews and playing to packed-put venues in her native Ireland.

Dublin’s foremost drag queen – who received the Editor’s Special Award at the Attitude Awards 2914 – became a viral sensation following a rousing speech on everyday homophobia last year, and in her new stand-up show she charts her life after ‘Panti-gate’, her brushes with infamy, near misses with fame, and adventures in the “seedy underbelly”.

The unwitting gay rights champion recently received a standing ovation after delivering another speech about homophobia, where she revealed that she has never “unselfconsciously” held hands with a partner in public – click here to watch it.
