Man wanted in connection to racist and homophobic abuse on a train

Police have released an image of the man wanted in connection to the incident

Police have released an CCTV image of a man they wish to speak with in connection to racist and homophobic abuse on a train journey.

Last month, the man boarded a train at Leeds with a friend and he sat across from two women and reportedly began hurling racist and homophobic abuse towards them.

According to police, the man and his friend left the train at Bradford Interchange.

Now an image of the man has been released as police are looking to identify him in connection to the incident.

Anyone who knows him is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40.
