Glee star arrested on domestic battery charges
The Devious Maids star has been released on bail

Glee star Naya Rivera has been arrested on domestic battery charges.
The actress, who played Santana Lopez in the popular FOX musical series, was arrested over the weekend after an alleged physical altercation with her husband.
Police were called to the star’s house after her husband claimed that Rivera has hit him on the head and his bottom lip while the pair were taking their child out for a walk.
Dorsey also gave police a cell phone video that allegedly shows him being hit by Rivera.
The Devious Maids actress appeared before a judge on Saturday night following her arrest, and was later released on a $1,000 bond.
In a statement police added: “As is always the case in criminal matters, the charge against Mrs. Rivera is merely an accusation. She is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.”
Last year, the couple announced that they had decided to end their marriage, saying in a statement: “After much consideration, we have made the decision to end our marriage. Our priority is and always will be our beautiful son that we share together. We will continue to be great co-parenting partners for him. We ask for respect and privacy for our family during this difficult time.”
However, last month the couple asked for their divorce proceedings to be dismissed, revealing that they’d decided to give their relationship another go.
